I'm Shaq. Simpli Clock is a one-stop sales and service company. We can service your equipment on your premises, through our depot, or over the phone. Online vendors usually make you mail in your clock and wait for a replacement, which is costly and time-consuming. We also offer competitive pricing, bulk-order discounts, wholesale pricing for resellers, and price matching on some products (some restrictions apply). What's the shipping time for any products purchased?

We usually fulfill orders within 5 business days.

If I unplug my unit will it lose time or any other data?

All our time clocks have a battery backup. Once you plug the clock back in, the time will be correct.

What ribbon does my time clock use?

Most popular models are already listed and ready to purchase on our website. If you don't see your ribbon, call 905-975-7565 or fill out the contact form. We source ribbons compatible with Amano, Lathem, Acroprint, Pyramid, Icon Time, Isgus, Widmer, and most other manufacturers.

What are your shipping rates and what courier do you use?

Shipping rates vary by location, quantity, and weight. The minimum shipping charge is $3. We ship across Canada and the US using Canada Post. If you'd rather use your own courier account, just provide your account number.

Can a buzzer be attached to my time clock to ring for breaks or lunch?

Yes. All of our clocks and systems are programmable for external devices like bells and horns.

What is the approximate viewing distance of your digital wall clocks?

Roughly 60 meters for a standard 4-inch digital clock.

What is the approximate viewing distance of your analog wall clocks?

Roughly 30 meters for a standard 12-inch analog clock.

Is there software to install with a wireless clock system?

Yes. Software pulls current NIST/NTP time from your local network server.
